Reading is Fun

This is my second attempt to read the Word of God. Last time I reached for the Bible, I stumbled upon the wisdom of Solomon but am ashamed to say I didn't think much of it. Now - it's the Apocalypse.

The grip it has had on the minds of its readers can perhaps best be ascertained by semantics. Seems the word actually means the revelation, but has subsequently been layered onto with its present doomsday sense.
