Back to Class
Two things: I have been on the road now for almost two weeks, teaching basic industrial software things.
Although by vocation I am a teacher and was trained in basic pedagogy and didactics, I think I model my presentations more on good lectures I have heard.
I sometimes joke on my intelligence and entertainment skills and refer to them as my magic, and the act really works; I have indeed reaped some comments to the effect that I am agreeable and even one of short.concise.bravo!, but I do receive about 10% negative feedback. I do reckon this is normal, a source of improvement, but also of meditation how this will always be so and that all solutions are - imposed.
Never mind my crazy leaps. Otherwise, I shall try to regale by the observation that, having seen my Rijeka colleagues working in Zagreb, and now a young Frenchie who I spent two hotel days and evenings with, I now have to adjust my juvenile projection of what a businessman is. It seems I am one of them!
