I heard a good one from a friend of mine yesterday. Anyway she says they say the greatest myth about management is that it exists.


Yes, it's funny, yes, it's true - as will confirm anyone who ever attended a serious meeting. But what happens when the meeting room is empty?

I've never enjoyed the so-called conspiracy theories for the simple reason I believe them to be far too optimistic. Of course, things are being planned but what a lousy job!

And I find that the best approach is asking childish questions: "Never mind the explanation.. Why did you not do something to stop it? Why could you not resign? Did you run for that in the first place?"
